dinner at Noah and Nicole's place

On a sleepy friday afternoon, noah, nicole, yoshina and I met in school to discuss the itinerary for the upcoming trip to the Kaua'i Island. The plan was to go around school to take pictures of the campus after that, as well as watch a movie at noah and nicole's place. (Oh fyi nicole and noah have both just moved into an apartment that's a 10 minutes walk away from campus.)

In any case, nicole had some last minute seminar to attend so we had had to give the movie a miss. i was pleasantly surprised coz noah told us that he was going to cook dinner for us...how nice!

so the three of us went back first to eat...

middle eastern rice... something with nuts and stuff cooked in mock chicken stock

fried mackerel in herbs and spices and the rice went really great together!
