remote sensing lab

We had something different for remote sensing lab today. Instead of working on the computer, we used a stereoscope to look at photographs to get a 3D image and from there, provided answers to the questions given. It's exactly like we did during that particular GE2220 lab!

Well, suffice to say i could handle the river questions (thanks to HS!) but there were tonnes of questions on volcanoes and the lava flows and mountains of stuff which i had no idea on! Fortunately the instructors are so nice they know that i don't really have a solid background on this area.

Anyway, I guess i irritated one of my classmates so much with my basic questions that she asked: 'isn't geology your major?'.

Heh, yes and no.
